Galhor — Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At Galhor, shipping times are divided into two separate phases:

1. Galhor Processing Time — the time we take to manufacture, prepare, and dispatch your order.

2. Carrier Transit Time — the time the shipping company takes to deliver the order to your address.

These two timeframes together make up the full delivery time:

1. Manufacturing & Processing — Stainless vs Carbon Steel

Galhor manufactures all bumpers in-house, including stainless steel products.
Nothing is pre-bought, pre-made, or outsourced.
The difference in delivery times is due to our internal production structure:

• Stainless steel programs (The Fastest / The Shiniest) have priority manufacturing lanes, dedicated stock of raw material, and streamlined finishing lines.

• Carbon steel (The Standard) is made-to-order and follows a full manufacturing workflow with longer scheduling.

Flat Bumpers

• Shipped via UPS.

• UPS handles final delivery to your address.

• Typical transit: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Wrap-Around Bumpers

• Shipped via LTL freight due to their size and depth.

• Transit time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.

A. Stainless Steel — “The Fastest” & “The Shiniest”

Galhor manufactures these items internally using a priority production workflow:

• Processing Time (Galhor):
  1 business day after order/payment confirmation.
  (Fast because the production line and raw stainless inventory are already prepared—not because the product is pre-made.)

• Carrier Transit Time:

  • UPS (flat): 3–7 days

  • LTL (wrap-around): 5–10 days

Total Estimated Delivery:
7–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

B. Carbon Steel — “The Standard” (Made-to-Order Manufacturing)

These bumpers require a full production cycle:

• Cutting

• Forming

• Welding

• Grinding & finishing

• Quality inspection

• Processing Time (Galhor): 4 to 6 weeks

• Carrier Transit Time:

  • UPS: 3–7 days

  • LTL: 5–10 days

Total Estimated Delivery:
5 to 7 weeks, depending on order volume and freight distance.

4. Important Clarifications

• We manufacture all stainless steel bumpers in-house.
  Fast turnaround does not mean pre-made or purchased.
  It means we maintain dedicated stainless production capacity.

• Carrier transit times are the responsibility of UPS or the LTL freight company.
  Weather, reroutes, or delays outside Galhor’s control may affect final delivery.

• Any address changes, delivery appointments, or special freight requirements must be handled with the carrier once the order has shipped.
