Galhor — Returns & Refund Policy

At Galhor, every product is built to order and manufactured to meet the customer’s exact specifications. Even so, we provide a clear and professional process for returns, exchanges, and refunds when applicable.


1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and not mounted.

  • It must show no scratches, dents, installation marks, or signs of handling.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • The serial number or manufacturing code must remain readable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized pieces with cut-outs, special configurations, or made-to-order cuts.

  • Products that have been drilled, modified, or altered.

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or improper use.


3. Valid Reasons for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Shipping damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect product shipped by Galhor.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the reason for the return is not attributable to Galhor, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • When a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@galhor.com or info@galhor.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product

    • The reason for the return

  2. Galhor will evaluate your request within 48–72 hours.

  3. We will provide a return label or return instructions.

  4. Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality inspection.

  5. If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed inspection.

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days.

  • The refund will be sent to the original method of payment.

  • Installation costs, labor, and third-party services are not refundable.


7. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Once validated, Galhor will replace the product at no cost.
