Orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in the United States and/or Mexico. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Damage in Transit

Galhor ensures all products are protected during transit until delivery is completed. If a product arrives damaged:

• The customer must notify Galhor within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos of the packaging and product damage are required
• Once verified, Galhor will offer a replacement, repair, or refund

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
• Galhor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external logistics factors
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information
